How to read the comparison
Benchmarks come from historical median averages per league. An average NBA player scores about 11 points per game, not 25 — superstars pull the mean up, but median reflects the typical league player better.
Important: compare full-season averages, not single-game peaks. 20 PPG across 30 games is far more meaningful than a single 30-point night.
